With custom website builds starting from £800, we pride ourselves on being not only one of the best Squarespace design specialists in the UK, but the best value too.
Due to the overheads/costs most agencies are facing in this economy, the average minimum start point in the UK is £1500 for a micro custom build. That is £1500 for the bare minimum - as lovely as some of them may look, that’s not cheap! Due to our very minimal overheads, and working entirely remotely, we can offer a fantastic service at an impressively ethical price without sacrificing quality or cutting any corners.
That being said - it would be silly of us to say that every project is £800. Custom/fresh projects are totally unique in their needs. Perhaps you need lots of click-through pages, or to optimise dozens upon dozens of images/logos, maybe you would like us to add all of your products or custom code them to include extra details. We love a challenge! The cost is based solely on the time spent and the difficulty level. We will always communicate clearly and kindly with you to ensure we manage your expectations, and hopefully exceed them.
We are transparent about cost and only ever work within your means. We’re just chill. The world is scary and we don’t like it.
What’s Involved?
Stage 01: This includes in-depth consultations with our creative director to ensure we can tick all of your boxes before any work begins and ensure we manage expectations happily and realistically.
Stage 02: When you’re happy/ready, we will write a proposal for the page list/layout including any integrations or custom features - we require a 50% deposit if you are happy to go ahead.
Stage 03: Once we have agreed on the fun parts, such as brand colours and fonts, it’s full steam ahead for us! Sit back, order a pizza, and we will have the first draft of your website ready for you to review within one week.
Stage 04: We will ask you for feedback and ensure any requested tweaks are made. Should you require more pages or custom code/integrations on top of the general tweaks, we are happy to add these on.
Stage 05: Second feedback stage. This is usually shorter than the first feedback session. However, we are thorough and will want to ensure things are coming together just how you planned.
Stage 06: Third feedback stage, if required we will perform a third session for any small tweaks or answer any queries you have. Alternatively, you can opt for a lesson in anything to do with your website instead - we will video chat with you (whatever you are most comfortable with) and show you the ropes in a calm and friendly setting, allowing you to understand how to edit or adjust your content in future!
Stage 07: We link-up your domain, you pick your Squarespace hosting subscription/fee (basic subscription = £12pcm). We will then publish your website! Please note that we can only transfer full ownership of the website to you once the second half of your deposit has been paid.
